Extremely slow service in the afternoon.
Only one very inexperienced person at the counter and a massive queue.
I was there to collect a prepaid order so I couldn't leave but while I was waiting many people came and left without having been served

This is the slowest Toolstation I have ever used which is a game as I have to use it quite a lot. The staff are completely unmotivated, slow and there isn't any urgency when there is a long queue...

Went to this shop this afternoon. Whilst writing my order the manager was leaving. As soon as he was gone the service stopped. Ons member of staff looked at his phone turned on his heels and went off. I was left standing for 7 minutes before I turned on my heels and went to screwfix. Will not be using this branch again
