Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The online process to book an appointment was easy and efficient. The reminder text was useful. My hair was cut by Brooke and she did an amazing job. She said to me ?you will feel like a new woman after the treatment? and I actually did feel like that when she was done. She was attentive, friendly and professional, and listened to my hair needs carefully. I will definitely be back :)

Excellent customer service.Very skilled staff.And mostly the products they use are so good. My stylist Brooke was amazing the entire time. I got my keratin treatment and a hair cut done by her. I am definitely going to visit again it's worth the money. Also the hot chocolate served is super yum caught me by surprise ?.

Had a great experience here, huge thanks to Charlie for rescuing my hair after at-home bleaching went horribly wrong! She managed to take it from splotchy brown and orange to platinum. Thank you to Lucy and Bree as well :)
