Great experience with knowledgable and friendly staff. I had a cut and finish with toner. As someone who doesn?t dye their hair, it was great for the team to actually provide their opinion on what shade and style would suit me and my skin tone which I really appreciated.

My daughter is 4 years old she has the most challenging hair ever , long coily full of knots dry and most importantly very long with massive volume
Members of staff at Toni&Guy at Croydon handled her hair amazingly with so much care and soft hands she didn?t cry once they worked very hard for hours to get hair looking like million dollar ready for school x thank you so much

I've not been to a salon in over 13 years and this one visit has completely restored my faith in professionals, from the minute I walked in to the moment I left, I felt so comfortable and at ease. I received such an amazing service and I can happily say I have found my home salon. Everyone was kind and attentive, I received great helpful advice about hair care and I know I can trust their experience and expertise. I would recommend the salon (& Brooke) to anyone that's had a bad experience in the past, they really listen and take their time to understand what you want to achieve

Lucy?s consultative, warm and welcoming approach made this experience such a pleasant one! Always nerve wrecking going to a new salon. Really enjoyed the treatment, head massage, scented towels and haircut. Lucy was intentional about working with me, explaining the decisions made about my hair through the entire process and gave me an opportunity to feedback at the end. Really put me at ease. Most importantly - my hair looks fresh, healthy and exactly as I wanted it to be cut/ styled! Thank you for making this a lovely experience.

I had a balayage, root colour, and toner (a gorgeous caramel brown with a hint of copper) done by Lucy , and I honestly couldn?t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Lucy was the definition of professional. Her skills are absolutely amazing, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure every client walks out of the salon feeling confident and smiling.
She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered the perfect finish. The colour is beautiful, dimensional, and so flattering I?m in love with it!
What really blew me away is how she managed to transform my hair. It was extremely bleach-damaged, dry, and breaking but somehow, Lucy worked her magic and brought it back to life. It looks and feels healthy again!
She also creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere the whole experience was 10x better just because of her energy and passion for what she does.
Highly, highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for real expertise, care, and a truly transformative hair experience. ??????
