Staffs are very laid back, customer service is bad. Even they see a long queue for cashier, they just let the customers wait for more than 30 minutes in queue while they are just wandering the shop around for killing the work hours

This is by far my favorite store. You can find so many beautiful stuff for your home/garden and the generous Halloween collection its just amazing! I've never seen so many options for Halloween decorations and it made me very happy. I can never go in and buy just one thing there's to much cool stuff tempting me XD not complain tho

I had a very upsetting experience today at TK Maxx Croydon. A woman working in the fitting room (of Indian background) shouted at me in front of other customers just because I didn?t immediately bring back the hangers ? I simply hadn?t understood what she said. Her tone was rude and aggressive, and I felt deeply offended and humiliated. No one deserves to be treated like that. Very disappointed.

Why is there always a long queue at this branch?! Please hire more staff and open more than two checkouts.
I was also really frustrated that I was not allowed to extend the time to return the shoes I had bought online for my son's birthday. If it is obvious the item has not been used, how is this harming the retailer? However, if the shoes don't fit, I'm stuck with them or have to get a store credit voucher! That's really not a good deal so I just returned them anyway so TK Maxx loses the sale.
