I went for a battery replacement. It was slightly expensive but worth it I think because a)they knew what they were doing (I went to another place before but they weren't sure they could replace the battery properly, but we're willing to give it a try if I took the responsibility ?) and b)the battery has a lifetime warranty meaning anytime it stops working, I go back and they replace it. So overall, good experience. And they were done in 5 minutes, so, efficient as well.

Was very happy with the service, price and time it took to have a watch strap altered - the strap was ceramic which are prone to shattering easily so was really appreciative that this could be worked on and sorted! Thanks!!

Sam fixed the eyes on my walking boots at the Croydon station branch. He was very friendly and didn?t charge me as he said it only required glue! Timpsons always do a good job

Closing time advertised 18.30 I'm outside 18.10 lady inside the shop with door locked- told closed 2nd time this week- if that's the case please update you're opening hours and not waste customers time.

Great guy! I just came back from holiday and my lock on my suitcase broke from the inside . I called up to ask if they could assist and they politely obliged. Free of charge and speedy. Can?t thank him enough honestly. So here?s the next best thing. A 5 star review

Just had amazing service as always from Timpson in East Croydon, this time by Jessica who is new to the store and Sam.
I don?t doubt that Jessica will be asset to what is an already amazing store and Sam was super patient and took his time showing Jessica how to open the watch, change the battery and then close back my watch. Thank you both!
