Today i went To the Works and The staff there was amazing Unfortunately i couldn?t get her name but she did and amazing job! She was extremely friendly and Always had a smile on her face.

Amazing store, filled with discounts and offer up to the ceiling. Very friendly staff always assist, explain, or help you to find what you are looking for. Plenty of books, toys, puzzles, craft items and manu many more. Absolute must visit for bargain hunters.

Update 12/24: For the first time in my experience, the selection of calendars this year was extremely limited. Admittedly, I left it a bit late.The store's move from the heavily foot-trafficked North End to the upper level of the half-empty Whitgift Shopping Centre was, I think, a mistake. Nevertheless, staff were pleasant. and The Works remains good value for the items it stocks.---This shop is part of a chain that has interesting - sometimes quirky or retro - quality products, marked down substantially and generally good value. It's hard to leave without purchasing one thing or another. I pick up calendars here every December, which is the purpose of this most recent visit.

Terrific shop. Everytime I visit the Whitgift Centre, I make sure to drop into The Works. They have a great range of art supplies, office supplies and fun arts and crafts kits for kids. Their notebooks are cute and very reasonably priced. Love this shop!

Always a busy store and aisles aren't very wide for a buggy. Good selection of products though and reasonably priced.

The Works is a great place to buy novelty stationery, DIY kits.They even had mini tents for sale and DIY dream catchers.My favourite is the pencil case section as there are so many to choose from especially holographic and sparkling ones.
