Avoid this place at any costs. The owners son gary is a vile bully. He over charges anyone. He gets aggressive and violent. And when you have a falling out he keeps your car. The police and courts are now involved. There all mainly on coke half the time. Never ever send a female on her own as gary is a predator. Avoid at any cost unless you have time for a long and lengthy court case. They also said my car was stolen and it?s there at the front the thick idiots. My car is under investigation and reported as stolen now after the garage failed to provide any evidence of work I DIDNT want. WRONGENS

this shop is under new management and the service they provide is awful-I was charged double what I used to pay to patch my tyre and they broke my tyre pressure monitoring sensor in the process and informed me that I could buy a new one (£37)and they would fit it for £15. I can't believe the audacity and certainly won't be returning and advise others to do the same. service was also extremely slow but this was probably because they were trying to work out how they were going to tell me that they had just ended up costing me a lot of money. shoddy and unprofessional!

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing tyres from The Tyre Shop - Croydon to steer clear. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the emotional distress of dealing with a shop that cares so little about its customers.When I tried to express my concerns about the tyres, they treated me really badly.There are countless other good options available that provide quality products and treat customers with the respect they deserve. Avoid The Tyre Shop - Croydon at all costs. I will never recommend them even for my enemies. Drove in, got me a part worn tyre for a good price, great service. The guys there are really good, helpful and professional. I'm glad I went there. Will definitely be going there again.

We had an urgent tyre replacement during there closing time and the guy helped changed it for us. Excellent customer service and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had 2 simultaneous punctures on the passenger side. Having been told a ridiculous time to be recovered, I rang local businesses and The Tyre Shop were the most helpful, sorting me out very quickly and getting me going again. Thanks!

Avoid!! Dodgy back street alley business. Technician fixing my tyre not even wearing still toe boots or gloves.. poor guy.. business can?t even afford to buy him HSE.. is this business even registered for HSE ??? Avoid like the covid..

Super fast puncture repair. I would give 6 stars if I could. Car seen to straight away and done within 10 minutes. My go to from now on. Not just for tyres either.

*AVOID THEM AT ANY COST* Fully cheated. Showed a second hand tyre with decent thread and later he told me to wait outside and changed with another less thread tyre. ONLY NOTICED AFTER REACHING HOME. 30 gone for nothing. Nomore going there.
