The fragrance shop(tfs) is a scam. They didn?t deliver my item. I tracked my order immediately it was placed and it was saying order not found only for me to call the customer care and they?re telling me another story . I was told I would see an email in order for me to file dispute it?s a week now nothing from them. I?m never going to get anything from them. Order online from them at your risk. Trash trash

I had a pleasant and relaxing lunchtime experience at the spa and restaurant. The food was tasty and well-portioned, and the place looked well presented and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive.

I had the pleasure of shopping with Nigel, who displayed a breath of knowledge and taught me so much about the different types of fragrances.I was not 100% going to make a purchase when i went into the store but the pure professionalism from Nigel led to me making the purchase.Out of all the fancy fragrance stores I have been to in London no one has ever educated me and displayed as much excellence as much as Nigel.Thank you for contributing to a wonderful day.

Horrible customer service. Thesales guy made us wait for more than 15 minutes and was blatantly ignoring us. And mind you, just one other customer in the shop and who he was talking to. I would expect him to be more mindful of other customers who have been waiting for a long time.

Went to grab a gift and smell some perfumes, Riannon is sensational, funny witty and extremely knowledgeable of the products, which is rare in the fragrance shop stores. I am motivated to shop in store simply because of her customer service and engaging affect. I look forward to coming back.

Went into the perfume shop on Black Friday and was served by Rhiannon and Sophia, both of them were so lovely and welcoming! They both was able to provide a knowledgeable information of the perfumes and aftershaves, overall was a lovely experience. Thank you girls!! ??

Great service and good deals. The black guy in store is brilliant. He provides good customer service and is very patient and is able to advise. Really positive experience - it was so good I've been back twice!

Great service. Staff were knowledgeable and allowed me to test a variety of fragrances and made helpful suggestion. I left feeling pleased with my purchase and the additional discount.
