I went to top up electric key the employee John said to me v don?t do top up here his not wearing batch aswell and his the only one responsible person on that store his said to me get out from the store might be he don?t no how to deal with customers I m very disappointed by John on the store his not help full very bad behaviour from him very very bad experience while doing shopping with Tesco but not going any more!

The security man today (10/01/2025) was extremely rude. He left his post at the door and came shouting at me, claiming I was blocking the way while I was on my phone. As if that was not enough, he shoved me aside with his bulky frame telling me he was the security and I should move out of the way, when I asked him why he was harassing me for doing nothing wrong. I've been shopping at this branch for nearly 10 years, but never have I been so disrespectfully treated by staff like I was today!

It's a decent place to go if you need some quick essentials prices aren't too bad. But not ideal for weekly shop as it can end up quite expensive compared to other markets. Sometimes not enough people on the tills normally its only one member of staff and queues can build up. Counter to that they do have two self serve checkout that are 95% of the time working. Staff members are quite helpful and very polite.

Im giving the 5* rating mainly because this branch has the most helpful and the most polite security man called Anthony.He is always welcoming and ready to help.What a brilliant personality!Makes the whole shopping experience a pleasure.The man should get promoted!

Evri ParcelShop closed a year ago here, yet it is still listed online and on Maps. How hard is it to update your information? Huge inconvenience.
