I waited all afternoon for this delivery, when I eventually called customer service I was told that driver cancelled because of parking restrictions. There are no parking restrictions on my road, you delivered countless times before. After two hours of phones called I was told my delivery would definitely arrive before 10 pm. It did not. It's the eve before Easter and I have no grocery, no means to get anywhere and I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow. I explained to you that my husband has terminal cancer and my fridge is empty but obviously you don't care. You also loged me out of the app, stole some of my points which I had accumulated from my local store and compromise my club card. All while you are sitting on £210 of my money. So I'm now going to compromise your reputation any possible way I can. Every little helps......

I am beyond frustrated with Tesco?s online grocery service. On the eve of Eid, I was left without my groceries, no communication whatsoever, and no apology. After waiting all day, I had to call customer service 4-5 times, only to be told they were ?having technical issues.? Tech issues my foot! It's unacceptable that they couldn?t even notify me of the delay or offer any sort of explanation. Then, to make matters worse, my second order was randomly cancelled at 4pm on a Sunday with zero explanation or apology. Absolutely appalling customer service. Tesco, you have completely ruined our celebration, left us with no groceries and a wasted amount of money. I won?t be trusting you again.

Sick of tesco distribution centre Croydon not bothering to deliver to my address. No phone call from the driver and no contact from tesco themselves. I have to call to find out where my family?s food is that I?ve paid for!!! Always get told will get a call from tesco later in the evening to rearrange but nobody ever calls!!! This distribution centre clearly cannot function properly. Won?t be using Tesco anymore after this Xmas!!

Late by 40 mins to 4 hours half the time didn't even bother turning up at Once and the app doesnt work either. It sucks because I always helped them carry my food up The 12 stairs were always helpful and even tipped the friendliest drivers 5 or 10 pounds but the delivery service was very bad at least half the time. I'm going back to Sainsburys I spend 50 to 90 a week but now elsewhere that will hopefully not waste my time.

Managers and team leaders always give their friends opportunities I've been there more than 5 years and never get any internal opportunities even though I have applied and more than qualified. Everyone should be treated the same but in this place that is non-existence.

Was supposed to have a delivery for Saturday and it never even showed up contacted the number 2 times 1 time said don?t panic it be here 2nd time they are like oh do you want to click and collect how can I go to there at 16:30 on Christmas Eve

The delivery driver who was supposed to delivery my Christmas shopping this morning, did not show up, and when I called customer service to find out why my shopping has not arrived, I was told that the driver said he tried to deliver my shopping and I was not at home. I am a disabled, housebound woman and there are two other family members staying with me for Christmas, yet he is saying that no one was in my home when he tried to deliver my shopping. The delivery driver also has my phone number which he should have used if he was having problems delivering my shopping, but I received no phone call. The driver clearly went to the wrong address and all attempts by customer service to contact the driver and the store has not worked. I have also been informed by customer service that my shopping may not even be delivered. So with 3 days to Christmas, Tesco has my shopping and my money, and is penalising me for their own delivery driver being unable to find my address and lying that he tried to deliver and I was not at home. What a disgraceful way to treat any customer, especially a vulnerable customer.
