This company clearly avoids any accountability to customers as they have absolutely no direct customer service contact details and instead fob off customers by directing them with either non-existent or irrelevent contact details. Some might suggest that this is engaging in corruption.

I made a online order as I can't go to a store because I am recovering from a stroke and that order got as far as the delivery company then returned to superdrug.
I tried to write to customer services only to find that it got rejected due to wrong details.
I'm never using superdrug for anything.

The manager in Harlesden needs training on how to search on Superdrug product code system. He is asking me for the product code. He has said the previous Superdrug shops should nit have given me the telephone number to his shop. I should go online abd search. HOW DID HE GET THIS POSITION??

This morning I happily popped into Orpington Nugents store. I did my shopping and when I approached the tills, the manager, named as Gemma, who had just served a customer walked away. She clearly aware of my presence, but ignored me. She then proceeded to tidy the shelves before standing outside the store with another member of staff. Clearly knowing I was waiting at the tills. Then a further 4 customers joined the queue. The lady behind shouted out to her asking if there was anyone to serve when she responded aggressively saying "No" with no apology. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in to help.For a manager she was unbelievably rude and very unprofessional when customers complained. Myself and another customer made our complaint to her and she said what do you expect when we are short staffed. I said she should have apologised and helped instead of wasting tume outside. They say managers should be professional and lead by example...i think she needs more training or just leave. I wished her Merry Christmas and left I will never go there again, boots are far more polite and helpful.

Can not get through to anyone, tried online but can not get through to anyone either.
They took my money for a mobile sim but activation don't work. So no one to get through to. I am getting my money back. Sim mobile is rubbish.
What's the point in having a sim that I can't use because activation don't work.
Unless rubbish.
It's a simple ICT issue that probably can be fixed but they don't know nothing about it because you can not get through to noone.
Fix up superdrug before you make a Potentially good service unusable, and lose lots of money, all because you rely to much on customer service through the computer.
So when things go wrong, you can't do jack.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
The website information is a waste of time. The item I wanted was shown to be in two stores. Guess what they weren?t in stock.
So ordered it online to be delivered to the Hammersmith store.
Guess what it was the wrong one.My loyalty card is now in the bin.
Back to Boots! A proper well run company!

Got a little bottle of clove oil from my local branch in Keighley ( it's oop North ) used it for my toothache, and ended up in A and E
Turns out it's not for internal use but you put 2 drops only in 20ml of carrier oil whatever that is and then you poor that in a bath full of water. This burnt the whole of my mouth and was agony, throat swelled and couldn't breath then blisters on tounge and inside cheeks. Then multiple ulcers under tounge top as well Ulcers on gums
Agony couldn't eat only drink water
Needed anti biotics still recovering 2 weeks later. Went back to Pharmacist who sold me this for toothache, she said I must be allergic but your not supposed to put this in your mouth because is super concentration, even says do not get on skin
Well inside your mouth isn't skin is it she says. Bad ain't it. Tried Customer Service head office but only possible by text or WhatsApp but there just not getting back to me and all I initially said was I had a problem. Contacted them 19/9/24 still waiting for reply 4 days later despite says on there website they have the best Customer and patient care.
One of the worst big Company's to deal with if you have any kind of problem they don't even bother speaking to you now

Very stressful due to superdrug not filling out my partners prescription properly.we paid but got sent numerous letters saying we claimed for it free.made me and my partner very stressed lost sleep over it.we hadn't done anything wrong but there mess up.managed to sort it out in the end but I hope it don't happen again !!

I bought some items and the items is for sale 3 for 2 , and this is since March 18th and I've been calling and no response going to the branch near me they could not solve the problem went back to the shop last week Saturday ago the manager said l should come with my bank statement she refused to see my account on my phone, please please return my money back to me cause super drugs have money more than me,that is stealing by trick

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Superdrug Online Doctor service, particularly with Dr. Lisa Carter (MBBCh, BSc, DFSRH, GMC No. 7081887). After confirming my identity the day before, I was asked to confirm it again, indicating a clear lack of attention to detail and inefficiency on Dr. Carter?s part. This repetitive and unnecessary step shows that the doctor was not up-to-date with my information.
Moreover, the time taken to process my order was excessively long. After answering numerous questions and spending a significant amount of time providing detailed information, my prescription was ultimately refused. This could have been avoided if Dr. Carter had informed me earlier that my case was not suitable for online treatment.
This entire experience was a waste of my time and caused unnecessary stress. The inefficiency and poor management displayed by Dr. Carter are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider these issues before using the Superdrug Online Doctor service.
I will not be using this service again and hope my review helps others avoid the same frustration.
