I must admit, the recent refurbishment of Superdrug is a vast improvement; I haven't been in for a while, and the store layout is much better.

Booked a vaccination appointment for my son before a big family holiday. Turned up to be told they have no nurse today even though we'd booked. Putting my son at risk unless we can find another solution at short notice.

The store isn't too bad but unfortunately there is a awful smell in the store at most times this seems to be due to the shopping centres toilets being located directly behind the store. Unfortunate as its the better superdrug store out of the two in croydon.

Staff are not helpful they are just showing an attitude.Today I went in the morning and the girl who is working in makeup area she was so rude and not giving proper answers.she is even not interested to talk.very long line and just 2 tills are opened.So disappointed with behavior..
