Recently ordered a bouquet a bit bespoke to my wife?s favourite flowers and it was perfect and she also loved it.The ladies were all very helpful and when running late to pick they waited a few extra minutes for me to pick up. Great service all round thanks

I had flowers delivered to my friend who lost her dad, the writing on the card wasn't very good/nice! The name of my friend was wrong & the house name was wrong thank god for post code, they were just left on door step! So that was all embarrassing! But she did say the flowers were lovely.

Did a marvellous job for my lovely nan?s funeral. I am a total perfectionist but I trust them 100%. Worth every penny, do not try to scrimp on flowers because if you let Sharon and Diane do their work, they?ll dazzle you.

Disgusting customer service. I have been buying flowers from here for over a decade and i will not be returning. I asked if could get a bunch of flowers made up and the lady said she wasn?t able to put together a bunch of flowers for me as they where trying to get rid of stock (on mothers day) and completing orders. So i was forced to buy a £40 bunch of flowers as there was nothing cheaper. Whilst i was paying i saw a staff member make a bunch and placing them in the front for sale. Aswell as this a man was waiting for his flowers being made by another staff. Three staff in the shop and no was able to assist. I will be telling everyone i know not to use this florist ever again. As most of my family snd friends do. I was not told to come back and i was not told returning

Visted the florist and was welcomed by really helpful staff and was confident that i would be able to buy a beautiful arrangement for my mum for mothers day, especially from seeing the pre-orders that was in the front of the store, however I have been disappointed in the bouquet that i had pre-paid for and received.It didn?t look anything like the one I had asked to be replicated, and feel like my bouquet has flowers that near enough look like they are dying and more greenery to ensure it looks full.

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone at Sullivan's for producing a wonderful array of floral arrangements for my mother's funeral last Monday. All of the arrangements were beautiful and the flowers were stunning. All of the staff were very considerate and professional. I would definitely recommend. Thank you again.

Spent £50 for spray bauquet and delivery showed her picture of the kind of thing I wanted a delicate bauquet the main flower being daisy/gerbils but I got gerbils and palm leaves
