I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred at one of your Subway locations today. My daughter, who was on a break from college, visited the store to purchase lunch. During the visit, she encountered unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from a staff member named Shuda, which I believe warrants immediate attention.
While placing her order, my daughter was subjected to rude and aggressive behaviour from Shuda, who raised her voice and spoke to her in an unprofessional manner. Before my daughter could even begin placing her order, Shuda shouted, "What do you want, hurry up." When my daughter politely asked her to refrain from speaking in such a manner, Shuda continued to escalate the situation by responding in the same rude tone. Despite my daughter's request for another staff member to assist her, Shuda refused and continued to behave inappropriately.
I was on the phone with my daughter during this interaction and personally heard the entire exchange. When my daughter requested a correction to her bread choice, Shuda again responded in an aggressive manner. A male colleague of hers intervened and attempted to address the situation professionally, even pointing out that her behaviour was not appropriate for customer service. However, Shuda was also rude to her colleague, further demonstrating her inability to handle interactions professionally.
Following this incident, I contacted the store directly to express my concerns. I spoke with a male staff member who then passed the call to Shuda. Unfortunately, during our conversation, she attempted to deny her actions and also behaved aggressively toward me. She refused to provide her name when I requested it for the purpose of filing a formal complaint and continued to interrupt me. Even her manager had to intervene and instruct her to behave appropriately while he addressed my concerns.
I am deeply disappointed and appalled by this experience. Shuda's behaviour was unprofessional and entirely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. Her lack of accountability and repeated instances of aggression reflect poorly on your company?s standards of service.
I respectfully urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not recur. Staff members representing your brand should exhibit professionalism and courtesy at all times. I trust that you will address this issue promptly and review whether Shuda is suited for a role involving customer interaction.
I look forward to your response and would appreciate being informed of the steps taken to resolve this matter.
I came into the store this afternoon on my break and met Shuda at the counter. I asked her name and explained i was the one she spoke with on the phone and that it was unacceptable to speak to people like that. I asked her for the manager and all she kept saying was Madam don't be rude when I was simply asking a question and was neither rude or aggressive when doing so. I told her that she should not speak to people in such a rude manner especially without reason and she was trying play victim as though i was attacking her. As opposed to continuing in a pointless conversation with her and the other staff member being too busy with customers i took her photograph instead to send over with my complaint. Whilst i appreciate having received a reply you did not provide any contact information for me to send anything to regarding my complaint and concerns?

OMG the service here was terrible. I waited 10mins to be served even though there was two members of staff on duty and I was the only customer there. Then before I could finish giving my order, the lady started interrupting and talking over me. I politely asked her to "hold on, I haven't finished talking yet". After explaining that I've ordered it before, she told me that they don't do it, no such thing. Then she recommended a pepperoni slice which was actually what I wanted (but they supposedly don't do!), and then she had the cheek to say that I wasn't listening to her and didn't give her a chance to speak. I stormed out and safe to say, not going back again.
