Placed an order on the subway app for pickup at Thornton heath I called right after explaining that it was a mistake and the guy on the phone said he has cancelled the order for me only to find out it hasn?t been cancelled and I was charged for it when I called back he told me nothing he can do and call back when the manager MIJAN is there which I did and the manager proceeded to tell me they can?t actually cancel orders, if that?s the case maybe train your staff better

Been twice, the first time the lady was very slow and unfriendly. Second time the man working there was not friendly at all. After he finished making food he sat on the freezer in the back scrolling on his phone and picking his nose with his bare hands. Very disgusting.

I came in today and got Italian TLT it was delicious I was attended by I believe she was from Nigeria black lady she was the sweetest lady really good customer service I will come here again because of her excellent service and welcoming

Went there pregnant and got the worst experience. Asked for simply a cup for ice and they looked at me like I?m nothing and said no!
I then proceeded to beg as it?s the only thing that helps my body they began to shout and send me out the shop heavenly pregnant.
Back station is DIRTY AND THEY USE THE SAME hands they touch their bread to handle money!
Really bad experience here. Not happy one bit.

Unhygienic - went there yesterday. Should of known better the turkey ham I got looked a bit off. Now I'm suffering with food poisoning, bad stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Will not be going again.

Got here 8.15 as it opens at 8, stood waiting with no one serving, finally guy comes out and says its not open yet when I enquired when it open he replied 8!
Subway is going downhill, this is unacceptable. I drove 15 mins to order from here. Disappointed and frustrated.
