Received a messed up drink and nobody want to refund it.

Really grim. Kiosk on platform 2. Ordered a white americano. The Espresso shot had already been made and had been sitting around, then topped up with lukewarm water. Horrible drink, indifferent service, £3.75 for a small terrible drink. Had to rush for a train or would have taken it back for a refund. Really grim.

Burnt the hell out of my "flat" white while talking to a colleague and not paying attention to what they were doing. That foamy milk jug got banged on the counter so much I thought I should buy it a taxi home after.

Once again the girls in the hatch on platform 1 smash it out of the park! Today I said how quick can you make an iced latte? Brunette with glasses (didn?t see her name tag) said 1 minute and delivered, I had two minutes to my train when I walked up to the hatch and I knew I didn?t have to feel stressed she confidently made my drink in the speediest time whilst still making it exactly how it should be made. Thank you girls you?re the best!

I always have my coffee before I start my shift and service at East Croydon train station Starbucks, it is excellent; always greeting me with smile and kind gestures. They even know what to prepare for me.. Speedy service. Never missed my train. Thank you Daiva and Dalia for your help this morning. Amazing coffee as always.
