Very bad staff unprofessional and disrespectful all they wanted to do was close the store and didn?t even let us buy our products i request sports direct to look at your staff they wanted to throw us out to close the store 10 mints earlier we only wanted to buy my products who wouldve just take 2 mint to pay at case !!!! Really bad experience im so offended they were so disrespectful

Lady on men shoe area from staff ridiculous she has alot attitude and no sense of customer service, keep arguing and making her own rules of shop,
Also she mentioned this is shoes shop i think I forgot I came in sports direct.
Sports direct managment you lost your 3 customers yearly spending more than 2k.

Had a very unpleasant dealing with a staff member by the name of ?Ronald?. Very rude man and would avoid using all sports direct stores as it seems to be the norm to talk to people like rubbish even when they are ones that make the mistake. Go to the JD 2 shops down

I went in to exchange a product which i bought from this store with photo of receipt and frasersplus transaction details still not helpful more over the so called supervisor said ?its not our fault? after calling frasers from my side they confirmed then they even bothered to look in to it. Worst service

Literally do not bother. I have usually avoided sports direct due to their poor reputation. However I purchased some Nike football boots in April for my son (end of the season) he had worn them a few times and the front of one of the boots is detaching and the other boot has started to detach. I took them into the store to return as they were clearly faulty. I spoke with the store attendant Ernest. He told me they would not exchange or refund. I mentioned what about the fact the boots are falling apart and to follow my consumer rights. He also accused me that the boots had been cut or smacked into. Firstly these allegations with no evidence are quite laughable and not professional. No Ernest they have been worn by a 10 year old who has played football in them a few times. I was literally in shock, I think Ernest needs a job that is not customer facing. Will not shop at sports direct in future. Always buy directly from the manufacturer.

The store has a decent range of products, but I had a poor experience with the staff. I asked the person near the entrance for help as the price tag was missing from an item, and his response was unnecessarily rude. It really took away from an otherwise okay shopping visit. Customer service needs serious improvement.

one of the best sports direct branch I ever been to, staff is friendly check out is fast and efficient.
way better than Croydon Centrale Store, that branch need to be closed ,other wise it will ruin the reputation of sports direct.

Despite the store being very quiet, it's usually hard to find a staff member to help you check if a shoe is available in your size. When we tried to check ourselves, one of the staff rudely told us not to try things on and to ask for help instead. I explained that I had already tried to ask for help, but again, the response was rude and unhelpful. Sports Direct should train their staff properly and make sure there are enough people working. Due to this unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour, I won?t be visiting this store again.

My visit to @SPORTSDIRECT was shockingly negative. The manager, a thin Black woman in a leadership role ,who seems to be in charge of Mens shoes section, displayed consistently toxic and rude conduct, creating a hostile environment for both her team and shoppers. Witnessing her interactions, I felt both regret & shame for choosing to shop @SportsDirect . And also a profound sympathy for the employees who are subjected to such extreme & aggressive behavior daily.
