Impossible to cancel my appointment on line with Audiologist at Specsavers Church Street, Croydon. When trying to contact by phone, last time waited 30 minutes & had to give up without being able to make contact as my position in queue kept being put back to longer waiting period.

Came in to ask if someone could look in my eye to make sure I didn't have a contact lense in there and was told that it would be £30! Apparently having an eye test wouldn't tell me. Was told to seek medical attention. Great use of NHS time and glad to know they care about their customers health. Will definitely be booking my eye test, new glasses and contact lenses with vision express from now on. Update: I messaged them with a screenshot with my review.. they asked for my details... Without even asking me when I went or what actually happened then said they 'could only pass it on as feedback' if I didn't give my name. Even though they had no idea if I gave my name when I went in ? jokers. Basically just a waste of time messaging. Since we're on the matter, the Specsavers in Banstead tried to con my mum out of £40 a couple of years ago when she had to get a new pair of glasses because the design she picked was faulty. I went in there to get the money back and they said they 'dont usually' give the money back for glasses that cost less but are in the same price range, yet yes you would have to pay the extra if the glasses were more expensive. I told them that yes they will and they will do it next time if necessary as well and they reluctantly agreed. Can't imagine how many oldies you're managing to scam. Back to vision express!

My girlfriend had an eye test, bearing in mind English is not her first language; she was treated with the upmost respect and patience. She was helped by Rehal and Maria who both made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much to the both of you

I had a great experience with Specseever. Their customer support was fast, professional, and resolved my issue efficiently.
