don?t offer to accept amazon parcels if you?re not actually going to take them. i have been there 3 times and my parcel has been refused.

Yet another establishment that doesn?t understand the use of these red cables.
When I asked the lady why it was tied up to the pole. Her response said ?it?s annoying when it hangs down?. I asked her if she knew what it was for.. she said ?in case of an emergency and you can get out of the room? I let her polity know that it?s also because if someone falls and is laying on the floor that it could save a life.. but if it?s hanging up on the railings. Then it could cost someone their life. She apologised and said she would speak with her manager when he is next in. Which is not good enough. I corrected the issue there and then. Will monitor in future to see if it continues. Sort it out Shell

Good petrol station, good car wash the problem is that the car wash is always closed after they have invested a lot of money for the new renovation. There's at least one week that's closed from what I've seen in the last week because I go through it every day.

Disgusting. In price fixing collusion with Esso and BP garages up the road from them . Always 3 of the most expensive garages for miles. Only very recently made there prices look close to average ( all at the same time ) but still most expensive. How else do you explain price differential compared to shell , esso , BP that are 2or 3 miles away as the crow flies in west wickham and Shirley ?.delivery costs ? . As I say been going on for over a year now .

Staff are rude and lazy because there was only one person working he told us that the car wash was shut then said when we kicked off that it was broken, disgusting way to treat customers.

Decent garage. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. Has a Select store and also a good car wash area with pressure washer. Tyre inflation. Usual petrol station prices for food. Does not get too busy. Only the petrol prices at the moment are the issue ?
