I had an outstanding experience with the Trades Manager Natalie Vandyke. I recently had some incorrect items delivered and when I called the store she was so helpful she listened attentively to my issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. On top of this she she also said that if I was to ever return to the store and place another order she would make sure this error did not occur again and I can confirm she is a women of her word. I went to the store to place another order and requested Natalie. She treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
What impressed me most was that she remembered our previous conversation. It?s rare to find this level of dedication these days, and it truly made me feel valued as a customer.
I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Selco?s (Natalie Vandyke) services to others and will definitely continue being a loyal customer.

I have had the best service and assistance provided to me today at Selco Mitcham branch.. went there with the hope to buy some fence panels. Alpha and the sales manager I think her name was Natalie helped me so much put a pack together for me and I left a happy man. 5 star service by both of them. Thank you guys.. appreciated.

Reasonably priced but check VAT. However, only available for businesses. Wide selection and variety of building and gardening tools and equipment. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Clean, well stocked and orderly warehouse.

On 05/10 in Selco Croydon, 561 Mitcham road, Richie refused to sell me a product at the same price it was sold two weeks earlier, being extremely arrogant in the process. When I questioned him, he told me I am "not a valuable customer", that I don't deserve a discount and that I was not welcome in the store. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a manager, the person sitting at the adjacent cashier, whom Richie referred to as the manager, showed complete apathy and did not intervene. Richie even escalated the situation by offering to give me his address so he could beat me. This aggressive and inappropriate behavior is completely unacceptable.
Furthermore, I was shocked by the condition of the store?rubbish was strewn everywhere, contributing to a very poor shopping environment.

Not my favourite branch. Guys on the tills let the side down, miserable, laid back and robotic. How can you take my money on 2 different occasions by only saying "Account Number" under your breathe?

you can't pick up your order on time because it's never ready and you have to wait 30 minutes to pick it up which should be ready the day before
