The north end branch is recently closed and I am trying to deposit some cash out of hours and both the cash machines outside branch are out of order from last 15 days at George street branch. Definitely going to switch my account.

I need to pay money into my account. Speak to someone and have a list of things I need to discuss with someone face to face which has built up over many weeks of things I need to do
Problem is I work so need to know how I am supposed to get to the bank to do any of these things now their opening hours have reduced to closing at 3pm. Could just about make it when it was 4.30pm but now impossible
I also work Saturdays so the Saturday morning is pretty useless to me

Nilesh and Kamila were incredibly helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of their customer service, and I felt heard and valued, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Machine took my card. Told the staff who didn't care whatsoever. Completely nonchalant. Luckily I had online banking or I would have been able to get home! Didn't even check what was wrong with the cash point. That's ok, I won't use you again.

Just a little bit of advice
I recently visited Jamaica for a little break I did not want to use my credit cards so
I asked my niece to send me £250 per week
By the means of money grams the cost of sending £250 by were £10.50.
So I decided to try and use my santander credit card at the ? in Jamaica for £250 the bank charge me less than £3 ..so please don't afraid to use your santander credit cards in Jamaica..ps each bank charge differently..so big up santander just have a little word with your bank before travelling so that they know where you are..
Thank santander for making my break a better one no problem getting my money...

I don't usually do reviews but if I could give santander more than 5 stars, I would have.I'm a single mother & sometimes very difficult to pay my bills on time. Santander bank is the only bank I have bank with the allows my direct debit go through without charging me extra, i can still use my card to buy food for my children even if it's minus. When my universal credit comes in, they take it back. The Bank looks after parents like me in this difficult time & I will forever be grateful.Thank you Santander
