I?m very disappointed with my recent purchase from Sainsbury?s. I bought a box of blueberry muffins, only to find out they were 9 days past their expiration date.
Selling expired food?especially something perishable like muffins?is not only careless but also poses a potential health risk. I expect better quality control from a major supermarket.
This experience has made me question the reliability of Sainsbury?s food safety standards. I?ve returned the product, but the inconvenience and frustration remain. I hope the store takes this seriously and reviews its stock-checking process to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Save yourself the bother and head 500 yards down the road to Tesco. The staff do not want you to be in there. Their visible annoyance that you might dare come into the shop is incredible. This combined with the 1000s of collection drivers coming in and out at the point where you pay means it?s just a horrible experience.

Staff haven't any sense, costumers looking product and staff came and stand between products unit and costumer because he wants to arrange all things so he doesn't mind about contumer he stand and he starts work, costumer stand 2min but he not moved after then costumer moved from there and left item which I want....bad manners......

Beware of ?Duncan? the incompetent undercover security.Don?t try to use Sainsbury?s SmartShop App here and not expect to get chased down by this security as he is unaware of this facility. He may try to tackle you while repeatedly yelling ?you didn?t go to the till?.He will be confrontational and will not apologise after being proven wrong and supplied with the in app receipt.
