I waited at the checkout for eight minutes not enough people were on shift on Friday 20th June at 18:08-18:16. The person on the till that any kind of urgency or customer service etiquette. The manager was hiding somewhere instead of helping on the shopfloor at a busy time. The service at this particular time with These particular staff members. Other experiences have been more than pleasant.

A typical Sainsbury but not as stocked as I think it should be

Came in to store carrys bags full of clothes, trainers from high street ect only I came in to buy lunch (all the selfservice machines not working). Alarm went off Security guard asked me back into the store. He then blank me when I politely asked him if he needed to see my bags I received pure sarcastic comments until I stopped being polite and had to ask him if he intended to search my bag. Maybe consider getting female security or check that your male security aren't Passive aggressive.

A handy small store heading out to South Croydon, stocks as much essential items as possible. Always well stocked and good for a quick shop.

I've noticed that within a 5-10 minute walk, there are 2-3 Sainsbury's Express shops. These compact stores are convenient for picking up essential household items in a pinch. However, it would be even more convenient if there was a larger superstore available, as it would offer a broader range of products, potentially at more competitive prices. Overall, the Express shops are handy for quick needs, but a superstore would be a great addition for a wider selection and better deals.

Absolutely ridiculous! Been standing in the que 15minutes to get pack of cigarettes. Staff is lasy, one cashier behind till another wonder around without willing to help despite long que. Definitely wint waste time coming back

I come store for only ice cream for my son but security guard said store is close at 10:55, on the website it?s says closing time is 23:00 o?clock, its really bed service from the guard and he is not employe of the sainsbury.

Got most of the basics and a bit more...but crikey some of the prices in these small local branches are eye watering..even with cost of living .. crisis. Staff are friendly.
