I went there at 22.50 and the shop shuts at 2300 the security didn't let anyone else in I asked for the manager and the security started to swear at me . Manager didn't turn up this Sainsbury's needs to be shut down with the amount of bad reviews it gets.

Awful. Everything I come here I'm in danger of missing my train. Kiosks never work. Never staff behind tills. Have to go find help. Rude inconsiderate employees. Items in meal deal signed/ designated area incorrectly. So often spend more to avoid delay. That's why I avoid/ shouldn't have come here again.

I shop here frequently.
In recent weeks, whenever I was buying fresh meat products, the entrance security sensor kept getting triggered when I was leaving this local store after paying.
This is annoying as you have to stop and wait to show payment receipt to either security or assistant at the till.
Hope this technical issue can be rectified by the management of this local store soon? Thanks in advance.
As I don't experience this issue at the closeby M&S.
For customers of this store, please do ensure that you request receipt when either using self-pay or assistant at till. As you will need to show your receipt when entrance security sensor gets triggered as proof of your payment.

We forgot our cellphone in the Sainsburry?s Local and called to ask whether they found it, which they diclined. We went there. Turns out the cashier ?found? our phone and lied about it being in the shop eventhough we heard it ringing. He tried blaming us about not being careful enough and called us a b****. Cashier man S. told us he looked behind the register, but refused to give us the phone once ist rang. Sh!t-Show. DON?T BOTHER GOING THERE!!!

Very conveniently located just opposite the train station. But the thing is as i regularly shop from Sainsburys I found it too expensive like food and groceries are much costlier than other Sainsburys.

Disgusting, ordered via Uber eats mouldy vegetables were sent that were covered in fruit flies, completely unacceptable. Make sure you check the food thoroughly if you use this store

Most unhelp shop I've been in as a disabled person could get no help with anyone to watch my shopping so I could get a few bits u need sales assistant said security.security said no so I had to leave embarrassed with out my shopping bad customer service if you have Hiden disabilities or old don't go their as unhelpful can't and won't use that store again ?
