Me and my two friend come itno sainsbury for purchasing and he was very aggressive without any reason and he slap one of my friend and use very bad language. We are very regularl customers but his behaviour is not tolerate when he was close to us I said to him don?t come to very close we call police he said I don?t care and he push all of them

They close before the actual closing time? I was running to get there, arrived 7 minutes before closing time, they didn?t let me in.

I shop here regularly, staff are always helpful and friendly. However, with the self service checkouts I am often left waiting ages for someone to verify my age restricted products. The main till always has a queue and is only ever manned by one person if that. This is not the fault of the staff but with management, if you?re going to replace staff with self service checkouts at least make sure you have enough staff to restock shelves. Tesco have a better system where they can monitor the self checkouts from the main checkout. Sort it out please, this shouldn?t be happening in 2024.

At least for the last 12 months there?s always homeless people in the doorway who bother customers asking for spare change and for food items, sometimes following customers in to the store. All in front of the ?security? guards who do nothing about it. They are also often visibly high, scratching wrists and unhygienic. It?s unacceptable for such a prime location store to allow this and sets a bad example for people visiting Croydon

I've noticed that within a 5-10 minute walk, there are 2-3 Sainsbury's Express shops. These compact stores are convenient for picking up essential household items in a pinch. However, it would be even more convenient if there was a larger superstore available, as it would offer a broader range of products, potentially at more competitive prices. Overall, the Express shops are handy for quick needs, but a superstore would be a great addition for a wider selection and better deals.

The day before the cashier gave me a 5 pound note that was ripped which i had not noticed, the next day i tried buying something with it and the women said we cant accept this note and once i told her you gave me the note yesterday she replied with dont lie i didnt give you that note? fix your staff
