Staff are so friendly and helpful and are so accommodating, they always ask how u are and if they can help with anything you are looking for.
There is one lady that stands on the front with glasses and white hair what an amazing person she is this shop would be nothing without her .

More of a general complaint more than anything. What's the point of a 24hr number when its shut off half the day. We found a stray cat in our garden with no collar (couldn't take it into the house because we have a dog). Luckily it belonged to a neighbour down the road, otherwise it would have been outside all night because no one at the RSPCA picked up the phone. For reference, this was at 8pm.

On every occasion when I'm in Addiscombe, I always pop in. I love the variety of clothes, shoes etc, some well know brands as well, and in good conditions. I always find the staff very pleasant, helpful and supportive. I would say to anyone, 'Pop in' there are some great bargains at a very reasonable price?

I purchased an item from the shop via an online platform. The item was immaculate and sealed. The staff packed it with care and put loads of bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely. Although I have never visited them in person, I am positive that they provide a top service. Thank you, RSPCA Croydon
