Staff are so friendly and helpful and are so accommodating, they always ask how u are and if they can help with anything you are looking for. There is one lady that stands on the front with glasses and white hair what an amazing person she is this shop would be nothing without her .

More of a general complaint more than anything. What's the point of a 24hr number when its shut off half the day. We found a stray cat in our garden with no collar (couldn't take it into the house because we have a dog). Luckily it belonged to a neighbour down the road, otherwise it would have been outside all night... read full comment
