Mr. Barker has always been very thorough in ensuring that my prescription is right for my changing eyesight. The Practice Plan - insurance and significant discounts - works very well.When collecting my new spectacles the lady who served was most careful to adjust the earpieces. The new spectacles are a vast improvement on those I had previously being using.After my cataract operation on my right eye Mr. Barker carefully explained the options available to me. I decided to have a new pair of spactacles.

Excellent service and information provided. I was re assured that from the tests undertaken glaucoma was not present and I was told of the early onset of a cataract.

I visited the Croydon branch on 6 March for an eye exam and was really impressed with all the staff I dealt with. The exam felt very thorough and the optometrist (Francesca) was really helpful and engaging and responded to all my questions with useful advice. The choice of glasses was good, and Simon was very helpful with making my choice. Everything felt a bit more thorough than my previous experience at high street chains of opticians.

Loved everything about them. I received an excellent care. Went there for the eye pressure check after being referred by the Moorfields hospital. The service and care were absolutely amazing.I'll definitely go back for glasses and eye test.

The Croydon branch team was super. I've been using Rawlings Opticians for over 40 years. In that time they have been most friendly and polite. Their service is second to none and if I have had an issue it has been addressed with any problem. I would personally recommend them.

Excellent experience. Staff are caring, and efficient. The Opticians themselves, are fantastic, helpful, patient. I recommend Rawlings, As the best, I have experienced this, because of them, they found the problem with my eyes. Which is will always be grateful.
