Went there today and I found 2 coats I liked so I went to the nearest mirror to try them on. Took off the coat I was wearing and hung it on the nearest rack so I could try on the coats but an employee came up to me and told me to move away saying it was her section to tidy and she didn't want anyone to make her job harder for her??? and her colleague who overheard her say that also came up to say "yh, they all have sections they have to keep tidy". I'm like I'm only going to be a second, I just want to see how the coats fit. She said she wants to tidy now so I should move to another mirror. Needless to say I was annoyed and left shortly after.

Received a ?Youchooseagift.co.uk gift card as a Christmas gift which I chose to redeem at Primark. The gift card was problematic but the patient help I received from Hoda on the 1st floor was exemplary! Thank you Hoda; I hope Primark recognises what a gem you are!

Have they stopped doing variable leg lengths on womens jeans? None were labelled with length, the staff were rude when i politely asked about it. The jeans all seemed really short so won't be shopping for jeans there until i know I'm not buying ankle swingers.

Waited in line for ages as only two workers were on the tills. A worker then pushed a customer who hadn?t been waiting at all infront of myself meaning I had to wait longer. It?s an absolute joke

Fitting room girl was excellent. The cashier was a bit rude though, she left my wife and I waiting for a couple of minutes for a Manager?s approval for an item without saying anything assuming we read her mind. Customer service from her side was zero.

One of the worst experiences I had as a customer. I went shopping at Primark Croydon. I was looking at the lady's handbag. One of the staff members was there doing the labeling of the bags that were going for the reduction sale. And one of the bags, which was £8, was reduced to £2. As when she realized that the cost of the bag was reduced to £2. She took all the bags (around 12 bags) in her hand. I asked her for one bag as I like it. Then she said no, she took everything for herself. I felt so embarrassed. As one of the staff is doing this.

6 out of the 16 tills being used, staff struggling to serve the huge queue of customers. While a member of staff named Shadiq stood there doing nothing, just watching the queue. Poor service.

How ridiculous that you go to a clothes shop & need to try 2 of the same item on as your not sure which size will fit best and you are told by the member of staff on the entrance to the men?s changing rooms that you can?t take them both into the changing room as they are not prepared to open them both up for you to compare. Then they proceed to stand there with another member of staff complaining about other members of staff & the managers. Very poor!!!

Primark Croydon offers a great variety of products. Prices can be a mix?sometimes super affordable, other times a bit pricey?but the overall quality and selection make it a worthwhile shopping experience. Definitely a good place to find trendy and budget-friendly items!

Good shop with a variety of options, prices of primark went up over the years, it isn?t that bargain shop anymore as some men?s t shirt cost £21. But the quality of clothes have definitely improved, if you go on the morning the shop is immaculate but later on can get very messy and disorganised, some cashiers are amazing, some others aren?t that friendly as they supposed to be. Lifts always broken. Outside quite a few dodgy people hanging around at all times.
