Sharid and his colleaugues did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, it was simply fantastic!!! We will see you next year on our school trip for sure ?

I have a negative feedback for the management team they way they treat the staff and the way they spoke to a really nice staff the management seems like to me she was getting harassed from her manager and making her cry I was disgusted how he treated

It was as I expected. The room was clean. There was a nice big car park. The services are good. The emploes are kind. The breakfast was delicious. I'm not taking pictures of the room because it's same as in every premier inn hotels.

Excellent staff, very clean and tidy. Close to everything you need! Gym, macdonlds, KFC, nandos and more. Highly recommended ? free oarking also, Excellent breakfast. Hannah was extremely helpful ?

Very well run branch. Staff impeccable friendly go above and beyond to support and look after, from check in to breakfast. Rooms comfortable.Location is busy- in a retail park there's lots of traffic and car manoeuvring.

We had a really nice stay here. The room and the property, in general, were clean. The staff were very welcoming and customer focused. I'd like to call out Ram and Arsdan at the reception for their warm and friendly service. Ram was particularly helpful with his 5 star customerservice. Heena in the Kitchen was also very welcoming and served us great food. The location was perfect for us, plenty of parking space and close to everything we could've wanted. I recommend this Premier Inn and certainly would stay here should the need arise.

A good place for short stays like a day or two for business traveler and family. The breakfast was so good and can go for it though it?s additionally charged.

we have booked a hotel from 12 October to 17.0ct.2023. we were very sorry that your bed was bad, because my daughter and my sister have had back pain because of your bed being bad and they didn't do cleaning on weekdays. we are very sorry because we have had a bad experience this stay.Noteworthy details: many good restaurants

Thank you Stefan!!!I stayed here last night and the service was fantastic, I stay in hotels a lot and have never ever received such truly remarkable service.They helped me out so much and made my stay one of the best I?ve ever had in a hotel.On top of that the rooms are really nice, shower, bath, large bathroom, really comfortable beds, large TV and a great location. Great location but the bed was covered in pubic hairs. The reception staff came to check agreed and offered to change the room.He then went to physically check the new room bedding before he gave me the keys.The replacement room was fine, but it makes you doubt everything.Inexcusable.The bed had been made up to look freshly made.This is not the first Premier Inn to show poor hygiene standards
