If I could give this 0 stars I would. The staffs are very rude and disrespectful. The lady at the till do not have any manners. She definitely need a customer service training course or something. The shop would be so much better if the staffs are trained on how to deal with customers in a good manner. Never shopping there again!

Worst experience in a shop in a long time. Wife had a her walk along trolly and the security guard told her to leave it at the doors. She was going in for 1 item and the guard tried to refuse her entry because she had her pull along trolly. Now my wife is an mature lady and has never stolen anything in her life and for this guy to make her feel small and belittle her Infront of other customers is not fair. I will be making a formal complaint to your head office and I think you need to restrain your security. Also your till staff are rude, disrespectful and have no manners.

Me and my partner were not allowed entry at the same time despite the store being empty. We were told that they only allow ?one person only? and we were not given further explanation. Absolutely upsetting.
