I recently visited the Poundland store in Croydon and was quite disappointed with my experience. The customer service was shocking. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which made the shopping experience unpleasant.
In particular, the guy at the front made me feel very uncomfortable with his attitude. He was rude and dismissive, which is not what I expect when I visit a store. Overall, I wouldn?t recommend this location if you?re looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

It is an easy store to shop in, with a good range of products. Using the self-service tills was fast and easy. However, the store was very messy.
