I have read some of the negative reviews here and can honestly say I’ve never seen anyone treated rudely or without consideration even when provoked. The staff are always willing to help and give excellent advice on sending anything through the post. Shop always clean and tidy and handy ATM and Photo Booth access. A real pleasure to visit. 5 star service always. ?”

“They are actually not the bad here. I think they are a little abrupt which can come a cross as rude. But i just laugh at it now i don't think they mean it.I don't mind coming here i know they are not like other post offices but it's just the way they are. I actually don't mind the man that everyone complains about he has given me some helpful advice regarding a lost parcel in the past.So give them the benefit of the dought we don't always know what kind of day they had ect.”

“Staff are always attentive and polite to customers. I have sent many parcels from this particular branch (both domestically and internationally) and I have never had any issues. I have also withdrawn cash from the branch on multiple occasions also without issue. Any negative reviews listed here I believe are due to customers NOT properly reading the CLEAR signage that appears within the branch regarding the lunch breaks of staff members and parcel sending/receiving "cut-off" periods. Despite witnessing several incidents with angry customers, I have never seen the staff act unprofessionally. Finally, for me personally, Morland Road Post Office performs its duties professionally, courteously and within the high standards expected of the Royal Mail brand. I am a very regular user of this branch and I would expect my opinion to hold weight.”

“I popped in here on the off-chancd I might be able to track down a parcel which had failed to deliver to my client that day. It was about 6.30pm and the staff had no obligation to help me but they really went out of their way. I wish I'd taken their names because every one I met that evening deserves a mention. I was guided through the gates, clearly told where to park, 3 members of staff frequently checked I was being seen to and the main man (white guy, long hair) went out of his way to find my parcels, break down the pallet they were on and load it into my car for me. Outstanding service, it helped me out of a really bad situation. Thank you guys, you were all exceptional!”
