Had a nice family meal out here today. Arrived approximately 14:20. Restaurant was very busy, but was quickly seated by the manager Lancelot. Lancelot was so attentive and checked on us regularly, despite the busyness of the restaurant and him being rushed off his feet. My daughter had a headache and was quiet, he quickly realised something was wrong and offered her reassurance, comfort and some water. We were overjoyed with the service received from Lancelot, so much so that I?m leaving this review. Lancelot made sure that all tables were served and satisfied despite the rush.
Food was lovely too.

Always go to Pizza hut for my birthday, never disappointed , always have the same great tasting pizza with the original base and a side salad.

Everywhere to eat is becoming more expensive, including Pizza Hut, but it is by far my favourite place for pizza. There are lots of deals to make the food less expensive, but it's a bit of a stress to work out the best deal option. I'm not keen on ordering on my mobile, but they did offer to take our order. Personally, I say loose some deals and reduce the normal prices to make the overall price the same but making ordering less difficult and therefore a better customer experience.

The service was impeccable, Emmanuel really went above and beyond to make our trip extra special, including sitting us by the window so that our son could watch the busses go by and putting a candle in my husbands dessert for his birthday. Lovely food too!

We came hear as a party of 10, customer service was 10 10 and Godfred accommodated us very well and his professionalism was second to none. We had several autistic children in our party and they were treated like royalty which is not always the case in restaurants. We will be back.

The two members of staff working on my visit were 100% amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and welcoming. The pizza quality is fantastic. The value for money of the buffets is brilliant. It?s a clean restaurant and I will be back.
Parking: Three hours free parking but it was difficult to get a space due to the other facilities on site.

It's one of the bigger pizza hut in Greater London area. We have diner here several times as a family. Food is like any other pizza hut. Service can vary from excellent to poor depending on staff's mood. Salad bar is almost never fully stocked. They can definitely improve in cleanliness of the facilities department.

The manager Lancelot was incredibly helpful and courteous. The wrong pizza was made for me following my order and without hesitation he put it right. He always goes above and beyond at every visit we have made and is truly lovely. He is an asset to the restaurant.

Not the best Pizza hut. One staff in trainers and jogging trousers looking less than smart. Food ok. Service ok.
