Visted Tuesday and I understand with the school holidays things get busy had to wait a long time to be served food was good it's a shame we had to listen to the manger argue with the member of staff on reception

The first time we went it was great, great food and service. This time they had run out of beverages (bottled water) which is the most basic and the specific pasta dishes we ordered. Pizza was slow.
Very disappointing considering they had none of the item and didn't even do anything to remedy the situation like upsize one pizza when we ordered large on most except one.
This is very hit and miss but second time was disappointing. Our first meal was 5* this time 2* is being generous.

I really liked the pizza and the service, I was very well served by the waiter team from start to finish I only have compliments, I will definitely come back with my family
