Popped in at the weekend and struggled to find an item so asked the nearest staff member. Millie was so polite and helpful and made sure I was fully happy before she left me. So nice to see such great customer service!

Took my dog here last week to have he's nails cut. For the last week my dogs been unable to walk properly the vet told us he's nails was cut to short and part of the quick was cut and looks like they injured one of he's paws. Will never return.

This is my local Pets at Home and I?m in here every 2 weeks sometimes more. I don?t usually use the grooming service here and this was only my second time booking a groom for my dog. Everything started out fine and the lady Alethya was going through everything with me. I guess I was asking too many questions because she then turned rude and started accusing me of things that were untrue. In the end I cancelled my booking based on how rudely I was being treated and was told I could not get my deposit back! I would never bring my dog back here for a groom! I am rating it 2 stars based on this experience today with the groom room. All the other staff are always very lovely and friendly and the assistant manager was very friendly and listened to my concerns regarding the bad customer service I received from the groom room.

I was in the shop last Friday to buy some fish, but unfortunately I couldn't buy any because they had to acclimatize because there was a delivery. They told me to come today, I came today to buy some and I heard that I can't buy any because they don't have people who could serve me. I'm really disappointed with the organization of this place. On the weekend when many people don't work, the managers give 1-2 people to serve the entire shop, it's a joke.

Visit to the in-house vets, very friendly and dealt with my cat well. Nice shop also to get your bit for your 4 legged friends ?
