Today 22.12.2023 I went to Pandora, It was extremely busy. I was provided an exceptional shopping experience. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were remarkable. I left with a few beautiful pieces of jewelery and a memorable shopping experience. I would recommend this store.

Walked in the shop , only to assistants available . One of them trainee serving a customer and another one cashing up the tills while the store is still open with customers inside. I stand there for good 15 min looking at the assistant cashing up she didn?t say anything to me her name is Latisha . Then another one named Sarah comes out I asked her to try some rings on she helped me and I decided to purchase a ring part of the sale advertised as £20. She scans the ring and it says £50 . I asked how comes and she didn?t know so latisha came and in extremely rude manner told me that it is £55 and is in the wrong place . So for a matter of 2 min the ring price went up twice . I enquired about advertising with the wrong price she said that?s the price take it or leave it . I took it anyways but I am well upset with the service provided from LATISHA. Extremely rude and unprofessional, as well as failing to protect your business by cashing up on open doors in CROYDON .Some serious measures have to be taken in my opinion. Hope this helps :-)

Dear Sir/MadamI purchased a necklace from your croydon branch on the 2nd November 2023 and after two days it has began to look tarnished and the colour is fading. I have not used perfumes or gotten the necklace wet. I went back to the store where I purchased the necklace to get an exchange. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional and threatened to call the police on me, they refused to allow me to exchange the item. As a customer that shops fairly often at Pandora I?m extremely disappointed in the service I received in store today.

Malyka was amazing through my transition at the Croydon store, i had two all4one vouchers from my place of work but wouldn't work as the item i wanted was online and had to be the exact amount, malyka was quick on her feet to suggest that we transferred the amounts on the vouchers to a Pandora gift card and that would rectify the issue which it did. Was so grateful that malyka was there and her great thinking mind, definitely an asset to your company.

Lots of lovely jewelry for all budgets. Friendly staff (with the patience of a saint I might add, I am an indecisive customer at best) and I was impressed that they knew my ring size just by looking! Quite the skill. Go and have a look see.
