Oasis is a gem in the middle of Croydon. A beautiful Buddhist Centre and fantastic shop welcomes you as you enter. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Oasis Yoga & Health offers a place for relaxation, calm & health-enhancing practices, in the heart of Croydon. We're a not-for-profit studio that has been running classes for almost 40 years, as part of the Croydon Buddhist Centre (Registered Charity 270460 Triratna Buddhist Community Surrey) We have a team of experienced teachers offering a variety of yoga classes at different levels.
