Terrible Delivery Experience with Next Furniture!
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Next Furniture's delivery service. I ordered a sofa that was supposed to arrive within a week, but on the delivery day, it was missing a part of its feet. Because of this, they had to reschedule the delivery, but instead of a quick fix, they pushed it back by another 2-3 weeks.
When the new delivery date finally arrived, I received a reminder email with the wrong delivery address! I immediately contacted them to correct it, but instead of making a simple adjustment, they rescheduled the delivery again for another two weeks!
This level of mismanagement and lack of urgency is unacceptable. A simple order has now taken over a month longer than promised, all due to their incompetence. I wouldn?t recommend Next Furniture to anyone expecting timely and reliable service.
