I would not recommend this Nando's due to the standards and wait times, I had to wait over 90 minutes for a group of 7 to be seated. Then table wasnt even clean. Priority is given to small groups. If anyone from management has courage and wants to know what a good looks like & take your job seriously, then talk to me because it's just not acceptable.

Shout out for a member of staff - Gabriella was amazing and I am really impressed with her - I have crutches and when she noticed she tried to get us sat as soon as possible so I didn't have to stand around waiting for ages. I am super grateful to her. We also had a great meal with great service ?

Sent fino pita without the chicken do not order takeaway very unorganised. Have visited the store and even then sometimes they forget things but atleast make up for it with takeaway no response no customer service what so ever

I order my food online to collect and when I got in side was a crazy atmosphere look like only one girl was running around like crazy i took her babe I believe she should be recognised for the hard work she doing and doing like 3 people jobs doing takeaway orders clearing tables and dealing with customers at the door I say and watch her running around doing so much and bare in mind there was a supervisor in a shirt and not once help her he was shut in front of the food hot plate that's not right he should be running around as much as her I really don't like that should be a team effort and am sorry it needed to be said the young lady name is Gabriella she was wondering and amazing trying to keep that chaos under control. I will be back to check thanks

Went to eat here with my family, but was told the wait would be about 40mins for a table, (even though it didn't look that busy), so we decided to get the food to takeaway instead, (which we were told would be about 10-15mins). But we actually ended up waiting almost 50mins with 2 young children for a simple platter and kids meal. People that came after us were being served, had eaten and left before we even got our food and no one came to update us or apologise for the long wait. I usually go to the Brixton branch as it's halal also, and I haven't been to Croydon one for a while, but I'm not a fan of the table layout or the atmosphere here. Staff just don't seem bothered. Food was okay but it needed warming up by the time we got home. I'll stick to the Brixton Nando's or go to the WingStop that's close by next time I'm in the area.

Garry was the manager and helful, Garry knew how to serve us with a big help and professional, he know exactly what he is doing and keeps a nice and good relationship with the customer, i give him the top ranking becoze really he was a brilliant manager serving people

Garry the manager was super helpful and patient greeted us with a smile when I placed a takeout order, great service throughout! Definitely recommend coming here!
