Absolutely stear clear from this place. Rude!
Went in with my son and 5 guys to look at suits for his wedding in Sept next year to get an idea.
The chap in the suit department was extremely rude. Would not engage us as we were not buying on the day and didn't have an appointment. We will not buy from moss bross as a direct result of his action. Get rid of him and get someone in more welcoming and that smiles at the customer!
Your loss. We will spend our £2 grand elsewhere.

The staff, especially the manager, were rude. They were unwelcoming and made it clear they didn't want customers trying on suits, coming in as a group or trying on if you aren?t going to buy there and then. Note to the manager; he could definitely use a dose of happiness.

Terrible experience!!! I've been lied to, misled and misold all in one day! Told the staff that I had an important interview, hence it being imperative that I had my suit for a particular day. Not only did they tell me it wasn't there after DPD said it had been delivered, but they also measured my suit completely wrong, meaning I will have to pay even more money to get a brand new suit tailored despite them measuring me in store!! Assistant manager Winston was especially rude and unhelpful.
If you have an upcoming special occasion that you need a good suit for, AVOID at all costs!!

This place has gone downhill massively. I've been a regular for nearly 10yrs but today was the final straw. They don't answer the phone, they're dismissive on the phone and completely aloof when discussing frustrations.
I was told my suit jacket would be available for collection last week and I received an email suggesting as much, but my trousers would be ready this week as they needed altering. The lady told her colleague personalIy these trousers need to be tailored and he asked her to put it through the system. She quoted me the price, I presumed that's what I paid for.
Called today and told my suit was ready only to find out they had not been tailored and now it cannot be done in time for when I need them.
Been told I hadn't paid for alteration so it's not their responsibility. The conversation with their colleague must never have happened then. No conciliatory tone, no apology, no responsibility and they hide behind head office as their hands are tied.
Moss Bros as a brand are fantastic but the service level in Croydon is not acceptable anymore.

Staff kept the door locked, had to return an hour later to find it still locked. Had to knock on the door to get the staffs attention to be let in.
One of the staff was an older man, who complained out loud that he was annoyed his colleague had let people in because he had things to do.

Honestly the worst service provided by Winston. He does not belong in a retail shop, worse service and would honestly never shop in Moss again after the service I received from him.
When I entered the store, Winston had approached me and instantly felt very unwelcome in the store. I asked for assistance on a return as my online order did not fit correct. He was so unfriendly during this return and was giving me looks as if I stole this suit when I had a clear receipt and had ordered the suit the day before.
After the refund, I ask for assistance to help me get a better size and he seemed like he did want to help and seemed like he just wanted me out the store.
I?m a regular Moss customer but it seems like I won?t be returning again.

Shockingly poor in my last visit vs the first time i ever went Moss Bros. Unwanted presence in the store, unhelpful staff, wanted to try different sizes but was responded to as some sort of bother for the staff until they finally unpacked one off the shelf for me to try on. Wouldn't return to this branch at all.

The staff at the Cryodon store were unfriendly and unhelpful - I felt my presence was unwanted. I wouldn't return to the store.
In my opinion, Tru Clothing, located nearby, offer a far better service and suit range.
My brother and I were both shopping for suits and we both bought from Tru Clothing in the end.

The service provided by Fran was absolutely tremendous, she was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable - the suit she picked out for me fit me to a T! Excellent service, would highly recommend. Terry.

Unhappy with manager and service, bought 2 suits 6 months back, have used them about 6 times in that period.
One of the bags ripped which came with it, manager refused to exchange it. Would expect better customer experience after spending £700 at their store. The bag is probably worth less than £5
My dry cleaner fixed it for free, he said it would take 1 minute, so they have worse customer care than the person cleaning it.
Learn to take care of your customers! Especially the ones spending a lot. I won't be back.

Manager was unnecessarily rude, lacked enthusiasm and energy from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in. Made us feel like we were a nuisance for considering hire options as opposed to buying. Made me feel too uncomfortable to ask questions. With the right customer service, I might?ve left the store with a newly bought suit, let alone a hired one. The lady working with him seemed so much nicer.

I was served by a gentleman called Winston who in my opinion went above and beyond in insuring in walked out of that store with 2 amazing suits.
