I want to praise a member of your staff whose name is Nehali. She was extremely helpful recently when I asked advice about an eye infection. After looking at my eyes she sold me Chloramphenicol eye drops. The drops cleared up the infection as was confirmed by a GP about a week later. The GP was complimentary about the help that Nehali gave me. Thank you.

I called in to ask for help with an eye problem on Saturday. I couldn?t face going to the emergency doctor. The pharmacist was really helpful and also gave me lots of advice. Everyone was helpful and friendly.I haven?t been happy with this pharmacy in the last few years? one or two rude staff and a problem over opening times but I think things are improving and I do hope this continues. I will stay with them. Thank you for the help and a good experience.

my grandparent has come to this pharmacy and on several occasions, has ordered over the phone , they made her feel as if she was in the wrong when they forgot her medication.This is the third time they have made my grandparent feel as if she was in the wrong.The staff were extremely extremely rude and unapologetic , they're becoming unreliable in their service , especially when some people are dependent on their medication. Horrible customer service . Don?t go here .

Terrible service. Always late and take forever to bring medication in so that it can be dispense to the customers. I cancelled all my relationship with them and move to a different pharmacy.

The lady at the till who served me today spoke to me in an extremely rude tone? her face was like thunder and obviously couldn?t be bothered. if this is how you treat customers then keep going and continue to lose business! I will not return there again!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. We unfortunately lost our grandad at the end of March. Since then, his credit card has been being used fraudulently. Luckily the card was cancelled quickly after we realised what was going on. We have recently acquired our Grandad?s personal artefacts and were utterly horrified to discover, via his tablet computer, that purchases from his Amazon account were ordered to be delivered to this pharmacy in the name of BELL SHADE, an employee here. This person has stolen from a deceased elderly man and SHOULD NOT be allowed to work with vulnerable people.

The service at this pharmacy is terrible. I called to order my medication by telephone. I was told to collect it a few days later. When I went to collect, they told me they had forgotten to order the medication and to come back the next day. The next day I called to check they had the medication, they said they only had half of my dose and to wait a few more days if I wanted to correct dosage. When I went to finally collect my medication and explained my disappointment at the service I received, the staff were rude and unapologetic. I won?t be using them again and suggest others don?t as well.

Excellent service!! Prescription direct from Doctor. Lady at the counter was welcoming & cheery. Pharmacist was extremely helpful & explained clearly how the medicine should be taken.
