Everytime I come into this store it depresses me immensely, the staff are incompetent, rude and uninterested. They dont provide envelopes of anything to conceal the money you withdra, there are never enough staff on the counter and on too many occasions to count I have come in and watched the counter staff do absolutely nothing or worse have a good chuckle with eachother for 3+ minutes whilst a line of 7 people wait to be served. This used to be a good bank but it went downhill very fast. No magic momey machine to change up coins and now they arent even open on a weekend to accommodate people who work 9-5 and exclude them further by not being open until 9.30am and being closed by 5.30pm. Meaning if I want to handle anything at the bank it requires time off work. Absurd.

I waited for more than 1 hour and they did not serve me and made me wait. The people who came in first waited faster than me. The staff were just sitting around chatting.

Ever since I joined this bank, I have had issues with them . I would highly recommend to others to stay well clear of this bank. The staff are always smiling and willing to help no matter what the issue is . However, the only banking is the nightmare when it comes to solving issues.

This used to be a fantastic bank. But everything that used to separate this from the rest has slowly been removed. Now it's just another unhelpful bank.

The worst bank ever!
Extremely bad customer service experience, very unhelpful. Can't resolve anything properly. Don't provide you with any solutions.
I'm extremely disappointed and I will always remember the bad experience and stress the bank caused me .

Honestly I used to love what they do, especially the happy staff and printing a new card on the spot if lost or stolen now they have now fallen into a generic category of banking.
They are not recognised as major bank on alot of credit facilities.
Withdrawal of credit cards has now been advertised
Weekend closure of branches instead of stay open
Opening hours have decreased
A poor choice now
