I am really disappointed by their business manager .I have tiered to open a business account with metro bank they kept lied about my application and. Every time I called then the told me lies promised a call back and it never happened. Don?t recommend any one to open account with them .

Poorly trained rude staff. Worst branch by a mile, miscounted my money gave me the wrong change I complained took 45 minutes to get rectified?it wasn?t busy, basically trying to waste my time so I would leave. Eventually manager came out also rude and backed her staff. Meanwhile there is a camera directly under the till ??. Eventually was sorted I did get the right change in the end but never been back to the branch ever since.

We tried to open a bank account for our business. It took 7 days to open it because my name didn?t match with the company details.It would have been quicker if someone had let us know which documents our accountant needed to upload to the companies house website. We were very confused about the procedure and had many calls and visit to store.Thank you to Mr. Boon and Mr. Winston for finally sorting this out.

I went to this store today I had spoken to my point of contact to get my internet information rested as I have lost them.The store knows that I have autism she advised me that can't do it I asked her for my other point of contact she advised me that she is busy in back I then asked her to make an other point of contact she then became not so friendly told me that they have given me support so no more point of contact will be made to me I then asked her I will back to talk to the main store manager she then advised me that the store manager will not do it also as they have spoken about this.Anyone with a disability don't go to that sore.

I visited Metro Bank, Natwest, HSBC and Barclays all in Croydon today. Metro Bank, Natwest and HSBC I was able to walk in and see a representative within minutes who were able to help me review my accounts plus help set up new ones. All three show exemplary customer service. Barclays unfortunately by far is the worst ques staff who cant be bothered and a month waiting list to talk to someone maybe Barclays should focus on customer service rather then closing all their branches.

***DO NOT BANK HERE***Consider any other bank but Metro. Their rates are terrible and NOT competitive, terms of service are the minimum allowed by law with as little service provided. Metro is a legal scam - avoid!!!!

To be honest the staff were polite. I only went to the bank to try open a savings account for my child as they have that really cool coin machine and he likes to collect change so I thought it would be an easy way for him to process all the coins he collects. We started the process they took copies of all our documents and was told someone would be in contact. It has been 3 months and still nothing. It's okay I will just count up the coins, bag them and take them to my bank.

Terrible had my account blocked on Christmas day and still can't access my money sent them the info they asked for and no reply
