I always order from here as they are usually the best in the area, but I got home with my order and the sausage egg mcmuffin was dripping in oil, instead of 5 hash browns I had 4 and the pancakes with sausage was missing the sausage! Plus the pancakes were near inedible for the kids. I wouldn't usually be so annoyed but when they're charging 2 quid for a hash brown and prob the same for a sausage it takes the biscuit really. The customer service on the app is absolute rubbish so can't upload receipt either! Can someone from the team contact me to get a refund on the missing items please or next time il be demanding them. Place has gone downhill big time.

It's ok... but definitely don't dare try stay longer than 90 minutes and enjoy your time as they will charge you £60 for simply parking up and eating.

As a vegetarian I can?t really say much on the food however I do come here for family members who do like McDonald?s! It?s usually quick I tend to order on the app and wait in a bay as I find it?s quicker

McDonald's in Shirley constantly get our orders wrong. Today they forgot to give us 4 portions of chips. Really fed up with the lack of customer service.
