Ordered online, only 2 burger and 2 chips turnt up when order 4 of each!! When i rung them to ask where the rest of the food was the woman bluntly said 'complain on the app bye'. Very rude and unprofessional.

I am just complaining your staff I don?t know his name but now he is packing the delivery
I am a delivery driver i got order from your store
When i came to collect the order i ask to hin to gave me my order he is not responding but after 5 mins they say to me your order is not ready then i say why you didn?t tell me before then they start arguing with me.
I say sorry to him but still he is taking personally the food is getting cold but they are not giving me he say to other staff members don?t give him the food then after 15 minutes they gave me the food
Please encourage your staff don?t take anything personally while on working
I say sorry but still he is misbehaving with me

Located conveniently within a large ASDA. Lots of kiosks around to make your order and the food is served swiftly, with a style!

Very rude behaviour from staff .. and also i ordered few things including one fries. And they are not giving coupon which they are promoting at the moment even at the front side . If there is no coupon don?t do false promises by advertising.

Shocking customer service. Received order with missing item. Was told I?d get a refund but item was main part of the meal. Asked if I could just get it delivered? told no. Asked if I could get the delivery fee refunded to order item again.. told no. App deleted. Waiste of time and money.

Very rude customer service. I think the one who served me is manger or team leader. Definitely need some manners. I ask him is my order ready. The way replied is completely wrong. I didn?t expect kinda reply so I was shocked. I couldn?t even reply him back. Please do not do this to anyone. What is it you or your family member, would you accept that kinda rude attitude.
I won?t go again.

Good Sri Lankan food take away. The only issue I have is that they get through massive amounts of plastic containers every day and most of them are black plastic which is difficult to recycle so disappointed

Two deliveries in a row I've had missing items. Not only does this mean there is an absolute faff phoning up and reporting the missing items, but also someone inevitably goes hungry.Given this has happened on multiple occasions with bags that are delivered sealed by the restaurant, it's clear this is an issue with the restaurant and not Uber Eats.Not only are food items missing, bit condiments you are required to choose when ordering are not included and portions of chips arrived as half filled boxes.Dreadful service.
