Literally the slowest service in any McDonald's ever. It wasn't even busy and everyone was standing around for an eternity waiting for their orders. The staff were having a good old chitchat in the meantime, so at least they were happy.

Wow what poor customer service went in for breakfast yesterday morning there was a small queue then people just decided to jump the queue and think its OK when my partner said hang on we have been queuing the response from the workers we're well you will all get served that's not the point the way this Mcdonalds works is absolutely ridiculous to then Lope who served us said can I help and as I started to tell her my order she rudely walked away started muttering to her supervisor. We placed our order said no ice in the drink hut still received with ice. She slammed our food on the tray we had to ask for condiments as but made us feel very uncomfortable. The customer service is shocking at this place the staff are rude and very unwelcoming but what do you expect when you have a supervisor who is treating customers in the exact same way. I work in a food establishment and no way would I treat the customers the way these 2 did it was appalling service these 2 staff members need to learn how to treat customers or get a new job as sealing with the public is definitely not there best asset not evening a smile good morning how can i help just simply next. Lope and her supervisor need re training and rememeber how to serve customers.

DO NOT ORDER. Philly stack is nothing like the picture that is advertised on the menu screen, £5.49 just for the burger, £6.99 for a medium meal, it's just to burgers stuck together even the bun was bigger than the burger, disgusting for the price.

Busy and clean

Tasteless saggy fast food , that cannot even withstand up 10 minutes delivery time.
