Service is ridiculous. Everyone moves slow, no one?s doing anything just walking up and down. Takes over 20min for them to make your order and thats after asking where your order is as they have somehow skipped the oldest orders.
They need management asap.

Very small McDonald?s which is purely for taking away, yet it took 18 minutes for our order of 2
Meals when we could see the burgers being made and put aside. Also too understaffed and too slow.
Review update: 16/02/25 initially gave this place 3 stars but after morning I have changed it to 1 stars. This morning I had ordered some food with my bf after a long journey and they had forgotten to give us the hot chocolate we had ordered. So my boyfriend went and asked for it and some sugar for my coffee to the lady giving out the orders, she then asked him what order he was and then just left and said nothing, no apology or acknowledgment. We then waited whilst she gave out some more orders to people ignoring us, and bare in mind, I work in fast food too so I know this is not the right way to treat someone. She then kept ignoring us, whilst got someone else?s order wrong. Only after the other staff me working in the back finally noticed and asked my boyfriend what he wanted when he mentioned the hot chocolate and told the girl to finish serving ordering number 81 and I could see her being like ? number 81??? Like girl why are you pretending, and then she gave us the order, no sugar that we asked for and worst of all, no apology or acknowledgment. Saying ? I?m sorry let me get it now, or I? I?m sorry you had to wait long? was all it took to make it right. So horrible service and that worker needs more training before handling these shifts.

Did not make my order and did not offer me a refund. Told me to go to customer services which is impossible to find.

Closing early again!!!!!!! Closed before 11pm so unable to order food after getting off a train and walking down the road at 10.56pm!!!!!

I came here to get a big tasty with bacon medium meal and they gave me fries that were green and when I said I wanted a fresh new one they were saying no that is fresh and I was like how can it be fresh when it is green and then the manager was like it will take 3 mins if I do it fresh but I?m not sure why it wasn?t done fresh before as I placed on the app order to remove the salt which means they would have to make it fresh. And it?s concerning that they weren?t bothered that it wasn?t fresh and didn?t say sorry at all that was really bad customer service trying to give me food that could potentially make me sick is shocking.

The service is good, quick and effective. They have plant based options for vegans and vegetarians. Staff is hygiene measures. The place used to be dirty too, cleanliness gas improved. However, the place is often overcrowded. There are no seats.

The service was fast, just too fast almost like they didn?t want me to experience the full things, The double cheeseburger was nice and had so much flavour however, The chips tasted like cardboard and the stuff didn?t look like they didn?t want to be there.
