Dump. Outdated. Slow service. Today I presented my discount voucher only to be told their scanner was not working! No contingency plan . Useless unhelpful manager suggested that I struggle all the way to Church Street to get the voucher accepted there. Thank God a kind young man bought me a meal and stood up for me. Nah McDonald's you're a let down on the Whitgift. You're a dump. The manager needs to be around the back and scrape the fat etc of the fryer and clean the floors. She ain't managerial material. 4thMarch 2025.

Have a coupon specifically for this McDonald, after queuing for 5 mins was told can't use it because they can't scan barcode. No self service order machine and can't use the McD app either!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald?s today. The service was incredibly slow?it took 30 minutes to receive my order, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. I wasn?t the only one frustrated; other customers were also complaining about the wait.
To make matters worse, the staff didn?t seem to care at all. Instead of addressing the delays or apologising, they were laughing and chatting amongst themselves, showing a complete lack of professionalism. There was no sense of urgency, and no effort was made to keep customers informed or reassured.
Overall, a very poor experience. If this is the standard of service, I won?t be returning anytime soon. McDonald?s should seriously look into staff training and management at this location.

The staffs at this particular place are so rude. Took us almost an hour to get our food when we complained she told us to get off her face? they are unprofessional, so disrespectful, no manners and lack communication skills. Their attitudes are not acceptable and don?t smile. Never going back. It?s like they were forced to come to work. This place need to close down.

Always *painfully* slow. There are various branches in the area which are fine, but this one in particular takes ages to make anything. The point of fast food is that its fast!

I tried to pay in Scottish money and the manager said they don?t accept it. I don?t know what?s wrong with them. Scottish money is accepted everywhere but they said there branch don?t accept it. What if somebody came from Scotland so that means they can?t go to McDonald. WAKE UP MCDONALD.

I recently visited a McDonald?s location in London Croydon and had an extremely disappointing experience. The service was slow, with an unacceptable delay in receiving our food. Additionally, there was no option to place an order through the automated kiosks or the mobile app, which added to the frustration. The staff seemed unprepared to handle the volume of customers, and the overall organization was poor.
This location clearly needs significant improvements, both in terms of service speed and the availability of modern ordering options. I hope McDonald?s takes steps to address these issues to enhance the customer experience.

I went today to Mc Donald's and I ordered 14 items which is a big order. Even though there was no que and the store was nearly empty I still had to wait around 30 minutes for my order. When I finally got it 2 of my burgers where wrong when I tried to explain the Mc Donald's workers they sent me twice back to check what I had collected. After checking and explaining twice they went to redo my order. I had to wait for an extra 10 to 15 minutes and when I got my order for the second time my burgers where again made incorrectly out of frustration I got a refund as I couldn't wait longer.
