Dump. Outdated. Slow service. Today I presented my discount voucher only to be told their scanner was not working! No contingency plan . Useless unhelpful manager suggested that I struggle all the way to Church Street to get the voucher accepted there. Thank God a kind young man bought me a meal and stood up for me. Have a coupon specifically for this McDonald, after queuing for 5 mins was told can't use it because they can't scan barcode. No self service order machine and can't use the McD app either!
