the worst store ever their own devices don?t even work to take card
like literally their tills don?t work we waited like 15 minutes for them to sort it out and there was still a buzzing sound coming from the fire exit door and a random long beep when we were waiting that kinda hurt my ears
also the clothes themselves are worse than generic. this store has no fashion sense at all if anything it?s promoting an ugly-dressed society

Product recall items returned with the recall letter that clearly states store will give full refund without receipt. Store manager absolutely clueless even after speaking with customer services number as given on letter said nothing they can do without receipt.

Horrible customer service , I didn?t have coin to get a trolley . Surprisingly the said no and I even speak to the manager they didn?t want to help me get a trolley if I don?t have a pound coin . Still with baby in my hands and they let me do my shopping without . Horrible !!

Lots of parking spaces and other shopping alternatives, like #Range. #Matalan wasn't that busy. You can tell that #costofliving is really taking a hit. It has a great location, but it seems the entrance barriers could deter bigger car owners, It's quite narrow and not needed, really.

Nice, big and clean shop. The lady on the till who surged us was fast and polite. But I won?t return here as I absolutely detest when they put pointless narrow barrier on the entrance and exit from the parking lot.
