A very expensive store with double or even triple prices. Yesterday I bought two sandwiches at 1 o'clock that were expired. I rushed without looking at the expiration date. Products that expire on that day must be removed from the store.

While the range of products is limited due to shop size; its an excellent selection. Good choices of juices, fresh ready to eat, fruits and bakery and snacks.
Very friendly helpful staff who assisted me as a wheelchair user with out of reach items and at checkouts.

I always love stopping at m&s bakery to start my day. It?s always so fresh and tasty. Whilst I?m at the store, it?s so lovely speaking to Iqra, she gives a great customer experience. Can?t wait to go back again.

Today I visited M&S in Mayday hospital staff was very great and friendly service.specially there was a lady in bakery named iqra she was very friendly and I liked her bakery she helped me to choose pastery that one was very crispy and colour was looking so good I never had like this one in other M&S.

Well stocked, well maintained store. Staff friendly and always greet you on arrival. Help if you need it even on the self-serve tills. New manager and some new staff are a great addition to this store!

I left my iPad in the basket by mistake today 21/7/24. My wife went back later this morning and they?d put it aside for me to pick up! Thank you to the two ladies working there today. I don?t know your names but I am eternally grateful ?

I thought the click and collect option would be the most convenient, however it turned out to be the most unpleasant experience ever. Not only was M&S unmanned, they left a security guard to do the staff's job, he asked me to wait and not even telling me how long it would take as people have things to do. Ended up leaving and made a formal complaint.

Small m&s at the main hospital entrance. Open 7am - 8pm everyday. Has the usual chilled ready to eat meals & fruit, sandwiches and drinks, small selections of chilled foods to cook at home and lots of sweets, biscuits & cakes - energy food for patients. Also has cards (such as birthday, blank etc), daily newspapers, some toiletries and a small bakery section squeezed in.

I do love M&S food and all but this time it really has put me off buying their sandwiches as I have bought a sandwich which has mould again as it happened before and had to have a replacement..this time I didn't want any replacement and just the thought of the sandwich now makes me feel sick..my colleague had the same experience before and had to ask for a replacement..Please M&S make sure this does not happen again to other customers!
